Gentle massage after the first trimester of pregnancy is deeply relaxing and gives relief to back, hips and legs. Client may sit, supported by pillows while their back is being massaged.  Their head, legs and arms can be massaged while they lay on their back, again fully supported with pillows. Alternatively, they may lay on each side, supported, while the massage is being performed
